Our box springs are made of naturally dried pinewood.
We top it off with layers of cotton batting for additional comfort to the mattress.
Our box springs are designed
to provide the appropriate support to accommodate the
different firmness levels of our mattresses. Our 72-count
box springs are recommended for all our Firm mattresses.
For our Extra Firm, Super firm or latex mattresses we
recommend our 81-count box springs. The 1000-coil box
spring is specially created for our Aurora and Natural
Aurora mattresses and is the recommended box spring for this mattress.
Wood Slate Frame
Our adjustable wood slat frame is made of laminated
birch wood which is left exposed so personal adjustments
can be made. These adjustable slats make it possible
to adjust the support level, softer to slightly more
rigid, to better support the body's personal preference
on firmness.
The sides of the wood slat frame are covered
so they appear to be a regular, ordinary box spring when
the bed is left unmade. Our Aurora, Natural Aurora or our
latex mattresses should accompany the wood slat frame.
Wood Foundation
The Natural Bedroom's wood foundation is also made
of naturally dried pinewood. The wood foundation may
be padded with either standard cotton or organic cotton
batting and covered with a natural cotton cover or a
cover that matches the corresponding selected mattress.
Our wood foundation best accompanies the Aurora, Natural
Aurora, and all our latex mattresses.
