Our Cotton+Wool Mattress is a best-seller because it is a great starter mattress. We sell a great many of these mattresses in Twin and Twin XL sizes because they are great in kids' rooms and dorm rooms.
 
We start with an inner-spring base and wrap it in 2 layers of Organic Cotton and 2 layers of Organic Wool. The whole core is then sheathed in our quilted Organic Cotton cover. This mattress is springy yet firm.
 
The Cotton+Wool Mattress is great because it combines the best qualities of the best materials. Our Organic Cotton is pure and soft. Our Organic Wool is soft and also a great temperature regulator. It wicks heat away in the summer and keeps it close in the winter. Our inner spring base is made of recycled metals and will not sag.
 
Our Cotton+Wool Mattress will last longest when paired with our Organic Wool Pad and a boxspring. (For kids who may still have nighttime accidents, our Organic Wool Puddle Pad is a life-saver that is absorbent, moisture-wicking and machine washable! Available via phone orders.) Our boxsprings are made with recycled materials and use Forestry Stewardship Council wood. This mattress should be flipped and/or turned periodically as needed.
